Dr. Grace Kook, Ph.D. in Education and holder of a Law degree, brings over 35 years of experience in education to Sparkling Minds Preschool Academy. Throughout her distinguished career, she has dedicated herself to nurturing young minds, advancing educational excellence, and creating supportive learning environments for children of all ages. Her achievements include receiving the Presidential Service Award, reflecting her commitment to service, leadership, and positive impact in her community. Dr. Kook’s vision is to provide a safe, engaging, and academically enriching space where every child can thrive.
